Sales Development Representative

Location: New York, NY

Base Pay: $50,000 - $75,000 (Target first-year earnings with commission = $75,000 )

Position Summary

JP McHale Pest Management, LLC, an Anticimex Company, is one of the top professional pest control companies nationwide. The New York City Branch is looking to add a competitive, goal-oriented Sales Development Representative, who is organized, disciplined, hardworking, and eager to join a great culture, a great company, and start a new sales career. Competitive base salary commissions and bonus with unlimited earning potential.

Position Responsibilities for the Sales Development Representative:

  • Business to Business (B2B) sales, generating new business opportunities (hunter driven mentality)
  • Outside sales; Knocking on doors; phone calls; networking - pursuing business.
  • Networking/Referrals with existing clients, professional service organizations
  • Prospecting, Telemarketing, appointment setting, Walk ins, face to face meetings, presentations.
  • Collaborate with management to shape the future of our established and growing organization.

Required Skills for the Sales Development Representative:

  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience in service industry
  • Willing to work daily in the Manhattan area required.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • College degree preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired
