Since launching our product, we've seen explosive demand from building operators looking to use tech to make their leasing better. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Findigs, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s sales growth by generating qualified leads, establishing initial contact with potential customers, and creating opportunities for the sales team. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value proposition of Findigs’ products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and innovative team in the real estate technology industry.

This role is based in our NY office.

Where You Will Make an Impact

  • Actively seek out and engage with potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, phone calls, virtual calls, and in-person events.
  • Qualify leads and conduct thorough research to understand customers’ pain points, requirements, and buying behaviors.
  • Engage with prospects through effective communication to articulate the benefits of Findigs’ solutions and establish interest & credibility in the company’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement innovative strategies.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-up calls for the sales team to move the needle forward in the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies, messaging, and campaigns.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales efforts, interactions, and customer information in Salesforce.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to address customer inquiries and objections effectively.
  • Promote a fun and friendly-competitive environment by consistently exceeding your sales targets for qualified lead generation, demos completed, and other performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or a relevant field
  • 0-2 years experience as a sales development representative with a track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience working with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other outbound prospecting tools
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
