Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver in depth understanding of our service offers to customers
• Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential communities
• Perform out-bound phone calls and emails and schedule in-person meetings to identify, engage and penetrate qualified leads from accounts generated by various marketing campaigns, lead generation tools, on-sites and personal research
• Schedule virtual/in-person meetings, and sales appointments
• Track lead generation, engagement and performance through WellSky Personal Care

Qualifications:

• MUSThave Healthcare or (preferred) Home Health Sales Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3 years' of sales or account management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized with effective time and activity-management skills
• Goal-oriented, able to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly goals
• Able to work independently as well as on a team
• Ideal candidate has worked in Home Health or has Business Development experience with start-ups
