Responsibilities
•Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies
•Work with sales management to reach goals and improve the sales process
•Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing individuals, and chatting with them at events
•Create and pursue high-value sales opportunities for our sales team to close
•Develop social media strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social networks
Qualifications
•Details and meeting goals motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team
•Successful experience providing customer service preferred
•High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred
•Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
•Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process is preferred
