Position Summary:

In the role of a Business Development Representative, your core function involves bolstering customer revenue by executing outreach strategies, such as cold calling and email campaigns, to pinpoint potential opportunities and assess leads.

The ideal candidate should embody a competitive spirit, finding gratification in success without overtly discussing achievements, and be willing to share strategies with peers. This position is well-suited for individuals looking to get their foot into the door of tech sales!

Note: This position is through a recruiter for an exciting tech start-up in Austin, TX. Details on the company to be provided upon initial interview.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust top of the funnel using innovative sales techniques, including cold calling and email strategies.
  • Work in Downtown Austin with an upbeat and exciting sales team.
  • Conduct thorough research on each target to identify key decision-makers, prioritizing factual information over a traditional sales approach.
  • Swiftly identify and assess leads to meet ambitious volume targets.
  • Follow up on inbound marketing leads and discern qualified opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments for Account Executives when leads attain a qualified stage.

Compensation and Perks:
