• Responsible for managing the day-to-day Health and Wellness Operations and overseeing the Spa Front of the Spa.
• Monitors and enforces the Spa and Health Wellness policies, processes, and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, supervision and performance of the Front of House Spa and Health and Wellness personnel.
• Conduct service standards training which are consistent with Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, Forbes Travel Guide, and Leading Hotel of the World; respond to and resolve guest/resident/club members and/or team member complaints in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties.
• Manage the Health and Wellness and provide supervision of all aspects of services and inventory control.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge about Spa Services and Health and Wellness by remaining current with trends in the industry.
• Acts as a liaison between Health & Wellness Partners/Practitioners, Wellness Concierge, Wellness Reservations Specialist & Spa Staff and for arriving guests.
• Assist in developing Wellness Retreat Programs.
• Assist in renewing Practitioner contracts and providing new contracts to new partners.
• Maintain proper records of licensing and certificates of insurance.
• Coordinate training and events with practitioners/partners and Carillon team members.
• Assist guests in scheduling Health and Wellness services and create customized treatment plans.
• Assists with vendor set up and vendor relationships.
• Assisting with tours and activations.
• Add resources, activities into SpaSoft and updates when needed
• First line of contact for any guest complaint or challenge regarding Health & Wellness
• Create a work environment that promotes positivity, teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction, while creating a culture of excellence in which all team members strive for maximum performance levels.
• Attends meetings as required.
• Comply at all times with Carillon Miami Wellness Resort’s policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local, federal, and state law.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

• 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
• Must have experience in the field of Integrative Medicine.
• Knowledgeable in other aspects of the Aesthetic, Wellness, and Anti-Aging Industry.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to motivate and work with a diverse group of people.
• Must be guest-service oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Must have strong written, oral communication and organizational skills.
• Must be multi-task oriented and able to maintain a multi-leveled records system.
• Must possess knowledge and be comfortable using Microsoft applications.
• Must possess a pleasant, outgoing, cheerful demeanor and work together with the team.
• Must be able to remain calm and helpful under pressure.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
