We are currently seeking a newly licensed stylist to join our team as a New Talent Stylist/Assistant, working closely with our Senior Stylists. This role is designed to bridge the gap between cosmetology school and a successful career behind the chair—through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world experience.

This is a cross-trained position where you will also be trained for and expected for front desk shift coverage.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a New Talent Stylist / Assistant, you’ll:

• Support Senior Stylists during daily services and salon operations
• Prepare stations, tools, and products to ensure seamless appointments
• Greet and care for guests, creating a warm and welcoming experience
• Shampoo, condition, and prep guests’ hair under guidance
• Practice and refine core skills like blow-drying, setting, and finishing
• Learn how to anticipate stylist needs and support the flow of the day
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment

• Active Oregon Hair Design license
• Genuine passion for the salon industry
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
