Everyman Theatre seeks a collaborative, detail-oriented, and positive-thinking leader to join a team of talented staff, artists, and Board Members in the role of Finance Human Resource Manager.
Everyman Theatre operates on a $6million annual budget and has recently completed a modernization of its chart of accounts and transition to cloud-based accounting, AP, credit card, and payroll software to adequately support the growing organization. The Finance Human Resource Manager, in collaboration with the Director of Finance Human Resources and Managing Director will work across departments to continue identifying and implementing efficiencies and controls in financial and human resource systems while maintaining focus on the organization’s strategic priorities and core values of people, community, and excellence.
The Finance Human Resource Manager reports to the Director of Finance Human Resources and works closely with all departments to oversee and manage all regular accounting operations and human resource functions for the organization including AP and AR entry and bookkeeping, credit card processing, payroll and benefits administration, staff policy development, and personnel matters.
