JOB PURPOSE
Provide guidance on various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other DDA / government regulations. In addition to, working and communicating effectively with management, supervisors, support staff, and external contacts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of these essential functions at a satisfactorily level. Other essential and non-essential functions may be assigned. In partnership with the company’s broker, Human Resources Specialist administers health and wellness benefits
Conduct Exit Interviews when employees are separating with the company
Manage day-to-day office operations
Prepare correspondence, contracts, reports, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
MINIUMUM REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
