We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Responsibilities:
- Going over contracts with different clients/venders.
- Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and assist with project coordination and follow-up.
- Type and transcribe documents and meetings as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, utilizing excellent customer service skills.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4 years' experience as an executive assistant.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with phone systems and phone etiquette.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
