Must haves;

Event planning/organization/coordination, catering, logistics, schedule management experience

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to our executive team and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization. This is a full-time position based in our office.
Duties:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports
- Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and archiving
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with special projects as assigned by executives
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar and scheduling tools
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Experience with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
- Excellent event planning and coordination abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette
