Dedicated Companies is hiring a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Central Texas! We specialize in connecting our clients with staffing solutions that fit their unique needs. As a BDM you will be representing Dedicated Companies to potential new clients, facilitating new relationships, and growing the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and sales presentations.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in the software industry.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated strategic planning abilities to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
