Business Development Manager:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the event rental industry. You'll be responsible for researching, contacting, and cultivating relationships with potential clients who are seeking to create extraordinary events while expanding our market presence. While you'll be well-versed in event details, your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing client connections, passing on event management responsibilities to our talented Event Director and Event Consultant teams.
Job Responsibilities:
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the event rental industry, including corporate events, weddings, festivals, and other special occasions.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new partnerships to drive revenue growth.
? Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients and increase brand visibility.
? Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
? Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to win new business opportunities.
? Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Qualifications for Business Development Manager:
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
? Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the event rental industry.
? Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust with clients and partners.
? Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
? Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
? Must have a valid state Driver?s License
? Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
