Business Development Manager:

Bright Event Rentals is seeking a dynamic event professional with strong, long-term ties to the event market in the greater Phoenix region to become our Business Development Manager. We're seeking an individual with an extensive network of industry contacts and a deep understanding of the local event landscape, including venues, planners, caterers, convention centers, sports teams, non-profits, and corporate and private events. The ideal candidate must understand the local market, be highly respected, extremely professional, and socially skillful with the ability to drive revenue through relationship-building and identifying new growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the event rental industry.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new partnerships.

· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets and business objectives.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends.

· Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

· Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications for Business Development Manager:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· Proven success in business development or sales, preferably in event rentals.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Self-motivated with results-orientated mindset.

· Ability to work independently and time manage effectively.

· Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

· Must have a valid state Driver’s License

· Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,198.00 - $83,604.00 per year
