Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with clients in the concrete polishing and concrete coating industry. This is a key role that will contribute to the overall success and growth of our company.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the client base
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project management and delivery of services
- Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze data
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products/services and value proposition
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
Skills:
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles
- Strong knowledge of software tools, including Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
- Excellent strategic planning and project management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills to secure profitable deals
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion
