Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on expanding our portfolio through strategic management contracts and acquisitions within the Texas hotel market. This role involves collaboration with our hotel management company, Presidian, and our private equity firm, MLSA, to identify, target, and pursue new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in real estate, particularly in acquisitions, hotels, or brokerage, and will possess the ability to forge and maintain relationships with hotel owners and property stakeholders across Texas.
