Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing team. As a key player in our organization, you will be instrumental in driving business growth, forging strategic partnerships, and advancing our mission to make homeownership accessible to as many families as possible. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the manufactured home sales industry.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including sales consultants, industry partners, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and training programs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Drive revenue generation through effective negotiation, contract management, and sales pipeline management.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales management, or related field, preferably within the real estate or housing industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, exceeding sales targets, and building successful partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
