Human Resources Director / Director of Talent and Culture
We are seeking a goal-oriented leader that’s a champion of both employee experience and guest satisfaction to lead HR for 3 upscale and luxury hotels in the Fort Lauderdale area. As a key member of the leadership team, the Director will oversee the hotel's Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR operations/compliance.
