Responsibilities:

As a Human Resources and Reception Coordinator at Foster's Yacht Services, you'll be instrumental in fostering a welcoming environment and supporting our team's success. Your responsibilities will span reception duties and HR support:

  • Client First Impression: Greet and assist visitors, manage phone calls, and ensure a positive company image.
  • HR Support: Assist with employee onboarding, maintain records, and help coordinate HR initiatives and programs.
  • Administrative Excellence: Tackle administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and managing office supplies.
  • Communication Hub: Handle mail, email correspondence, and client inquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Support the compliance with labor laws and the preparation of HR reports.
  • Workforce Coordination: Assist with recruitment, employee orientation, and scheduling to support team efficiency.

Qualities and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend the skills of a receptionist with those of an HR coordinator, including:

  • Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, with 2 years in a similar role.
