Executive Chef

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Excited to collaborate with a client launching an innovative concept soon. With a scratch kitchen at its core, this chef-driven establishment is introducing a unique twist to fried chicken dining. Currently seeking a versatile Executive Chef with a strong background in General Management to join their dynamic team. This person would aid the clients plans for huge expansion in the coming year, so if this is something that you would like to be apart of, get in touch!

Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellence
• Oversee new restaurant openings
• Hire, train, and mentor a team of talented staff to achieve high standards of culinary and service skills
• Manage cost controls, forecasting and inventory management
• Review financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded

Executive Chef Qualifications:

• New restaurant opening experience required
• Restaurant General Manager and BOH experience is a must
• Professional who can support and inspire team members
• Drive to develop and grow business success
• Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
