Superba Food Bread is seeking an Executive Chef for our Venice location.
Superba Food Bread is committed to chef and product-driven food, craft coffee, warm hospitality, and unique and cutting-edge design. Our menu is driven by the seasons, vegetable-forward, and emphasizes clean and healthy techniques combined with years of baking know-how. We are community-oriented and passionate about food, hospitality, and providing memorable experiences for our guests.
We are loooking for an Executive Chef who is driven and eager to join a growing and dynamic restaurant group. The right candidate will be passionate about product, dedicated to our standards and skilled at building teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Have at least 2 years of high-volume Executive Chef experience
- Experience in hiring, training and developing a high performing, motivated and positive culinary team
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of business ops and financials
- Possess extensive ingredient knowledge and an understanding of culinary trends
- Proven track record for getting results both in food quality and consistency as well as financial management
- Proven track record in developing and leading a successful team to excellence
- Proven track record of developing successful dishes
- A flexible schedule. Mornings, nights, weekends and holidays are required
