Job Description
The Executive Chef will be responsible for the leadership and activities of the entire kitchen, overall operations, purchasing, organizing tastings for clients, and research and development of the menu. You will be expected to maintain high standards by establishing food specifications and recipe development, including creating specifications, portion control, presentation, safety, and sanitation. You will promote constant harmony and positive, constructive communication with the staff in establishing a pleasant working environment.
