Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting the COO and the DM’S with daily operations of the outlets
- Assisting with future growth and expansion of the group
- Travelling to their 8 locations across Los Angeles and sites outside of California
- Mentoring and developing their General and District Managers
- Ensure that all products, ingredients, and services meet or exceed established quality standards
The ideal Candidate:
- 2 years experience at Director or Multi Unit level overseeing 8 locations
- Ideally coming from a diverse background and have a base understanding of health and wellness industry trends & supplements
- Hands on leadership style, willing to jump in on site to help the team
- Passionate about the Health & Fitness industry
- Open to travel out of state to visit new locations
