We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative and are looking for a Director, Transformation & Business Operations to join us in building the next generation of intimates.

Job description:

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Operations, this position will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's growth and evolution by effectively managing change, overseeing projects, and providing thought leadership. By focusing on process improvement, operational excellence, and systems/tools evolution, this position will contribute significantly to enhancing team and individual effectiveness, and output across a rapidly growing and scaling organization. This role should promote a culture of innovation, exploring proven and emerging technologies to better internal operations and end-to-end supply chain systems and visibility. This person has experience in a retail or consumer products environment, strategy, and planning, and working across stakeholders in a change management capacity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are key elements of this position.

Key responsibilities:

Drive transformation efforts, in partnership with Executive team:

·Develop and implement strategies, roadmap and goals to drive transformation workstreams

·Develop KPIs, metrics and accountability mechanisms aligned with transformation goals

·Provide thought leadership and direction to executive leads, including exploration and adoption of proven and emerging technologies

·Foster collaboration between departments to ensure seamless integration of solutions

·Craft and deliver clear communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed

·Lead central transformation office, and set up and manage cadence of readouts and touchpoints 

·Lead ongoing change management efforts

Drive ongoing evolution of business operations to support org. growth and scale:

·Conduct assessments of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, and areas for improvement

·Establish standardized processes and document best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams

·Design and implement frameworks that clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations

·Instill culture of continuous improvement and implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from teams for ongoing refinement

·Develop business operations KPIs align to org. wide goals

Experience required:

·Bachelor’s Degree Required, Honors / Masters degree in Business / Commerce preferred

·3 years experience in top-tier consulting firm

·3 years experience in Planning and/or Merchandising and/or Supply Chain in Retail and/or Consumer products

·Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form

·Ability to drive work planning and ensure quality output for yourself and others

·Strong analytical & financial acumen, including ability to develop strategic insights & materials

·Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

$165,000 - $180,000 a year
