Position Title: HR Assistant (Part-time) fully onsite
Contract Duration: 2-4 months
Hours: 20-30 hours per week

Languages: English and Spanish fluency required

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Inputting new hire information, wage changes, deductions, and other payroll-related data into the system.
• Collaborate with the HR team to resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
• Generate payroll reports as needed.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, tax forms, and company policies.
• Conduct orientations and assist new employees in completing required documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering questions and providing assistance throughout the onboarding process.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in HR or payroll administration preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
