Here's how a(n)Human Resources Studentfor our Orlandooffice contributes to our team:
- Assist with facilitation of the process for district's student program; plan and organizes recruiting activities, including orientations, events, networking with colleges and universities, managing databases, and coordinating interviews.
- Provides support to HRPD team onboarding practices
- Provides additional administrative support to HRPD programs and policy administration
- Provides support on district-level projects/initiatives as assigned
- Assists with research and general administrative support
- Assists with the tracking of career management forms
- Provides support to employees and HRPD team
- Assists with coordination and administration of training, scheduling and tracking
- Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture
- Develops and maintains strong customer-focuses relationships with all stakeholders
- Scanning/filing
- Assist with DE&I and Culture Ambassador committee events/initiatives
- Other duties as required.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency with various computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to proactively anticipate needs and follow-up items for the team
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality required of work assignments
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities under tight deadlines, while maintaining a high-degree of accuracy and professionalism
