GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources Manager and the general supervision of the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, plans, coordinates and carries out policies and directives relating to all phases of human resources activity.
TYPICAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of Human Resourcesand supervision or management experience.
Skills: Must possess leadership and problem-solving skills, good oral and written communication skills and be adept in effective and persuasive speaking.
Licenses:Valid Florida driver’s license with a good driving record.
