Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources to join our team. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations and driving the development and implementation of HR strategies. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance
- Lead the development and execution of succession planning initiatives to identify and develop future leaders within the organization
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic workforce planning efforts
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures
- Lead the design and implementation of employee orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance across all HR practices
- Oversee contract negotiations related to HR services
Experience:
- Must have SNF experience
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment labor laws, and regulations
- Strong program management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in strategic planning and organizational design
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SBV, Viventium) and other relevant software applications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven HR decisions
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives
