We are looking for someone who can:

Process Payroll - payroll is processed weekly, verify timecards are accurate with supervisor, enter data into ADP portal and submit.

Human Resource Knowledge is a MUST! Familiar with Idaho Laws and Regulations

Accounts Payable - Process payments (check/credit card/ach) weekly to insure suppliers/vendors are being paid in a timely fashion.

Credit Card/Bank Reconciling - Entry of CC receipts need to be completed weekly so when reconciling deadline is approaching this can be completed timely and efficently.

**Job costing is essential for AP Dept.

This job has multiple responsibilities and will be wearing multiple hats. We need a go-getter mindset. Someone that brings new policies and procedures to the roundtable for management discussions and is driven and self-sufficient to complete tasks and create good implantations, foundations and structure to the office. Must be detail oriented and very organized.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
