Description
Concept Solutions is seeking for a Help Desk Technician. This position is in support of the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Command, Control, and Communications (C3) office which is responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure and software providing situational awareness for FAA management. Additionally, if disruptions such as national emergencies, natural disasters, or equipment malfunctions occur, the C3 office is chartered with restoring the communication services expeditiously. The Help Desk Technician will provide user support and customer service at the Washington Operations Center for FAA supported computer applications and platforms.
