Responsibilities:

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow
- Maintain and update calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed
- Provide organizational support, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance requests
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Front desk operations, including managing incoming/outgoing mail and packages

Cross train in all areas of office

Will be added to On-Call rotation

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar administrative or assistant role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Familiarity with office management procedures and phone systems
