We are seeking a skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and creating the schedule for the rest of the team to run efficiently and smoothly. Duties:
- Answering and taking phone calls

-Schedule appointments

-Check in & out patients

-Process patient payments

-Pull insurance benefits

-Create accurate quote with patients insurance plan

-Submit insurance claims

-Send paperwork registration links and reminder texts to patients
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, organizing medical records, and managing patient billing

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in phone and computer skills (Word & excel, scheduling systems)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $24.23 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 42 per week
