Our dynamic Support Service Team seeks an energetic and self-motivated Accounting Office Assistant.
Job Description Summary
The Accounting Office Assistant is a full-time, non-exempt position
providing accounts payable and administrative support in various capacities. This
position needs an energetic jack-of-all-trades who can navigate office
management, vendor relations, and special projects with a can-do positive attitude
and create and maintain a pleasant work environment.

Starting Pay
The minimum starting salary for an entry-level Accounting Office Assistant is
$45,000 to $47,000. Annual salary adjustments are based on an individual's merit
contributions and overall performance.
Training
There are a variety of training opportunities, as well as constant on-the-job
training.
Qualifications for Employment

Basic qualifications are:
High School Diploma or GED, with knowledge of clerical procedures and
proficient data entry skills.
At least 21 years of age. United States citizenship or declared intention to
become a U.S. citizen.
People-oriented, excellent customer service and demeanor with all
volunteers and staff members, able to work in a prompt, friendly and timely
manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent people skills, enthusiastic, punctual, responsible, and creative.
Self-motivated individual with solid time management skills and strong
organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
