Hourly Position $20 -$24

Autumn Leaves is looking for Assistant Business office Manager to has great rapport with residents and families 

POSITION SUMMARY: Processes and produces the work necessary for efficient office operations and functions while interacting with the visiting public as well as the residents and staff of the community.

 ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 1. Assists with preparation and monitors all monthly billing and collection processes utilizing established policies, procedures and tracking systems

 2. Assists with the processing of invoices on weekly basis.

 3. Assists with posting of rent checks. 

4. Interfaces with residents on billing/collection issues.

 5. Files resident records.

6. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
