Autumn Leaves is currently seeking exceptional candidates for our Director of Assisted Living / LVN.

We are looking for AL Director who ensure we have thriving, engaging community where seniors can enjoy every moment of every day.

Salary Position: $50,000 to $65,000

Benefits: medical, dental, optical, 401K employer matched to 3%, Daily Pay

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Oversees quality assurance, financial management, occupancy requirements, customer service, and healthcare programs of assisted living
• Plans care, program services, and activities for residents, ensuring their emotional health, physical health, and safety needs are met
• Maintains high occupancy through conjunction with marketing strategies and by ensuring adequate staffing and the continuity and consistency in the delivery and quality of services
• Ensures compliance with all applicable government laws and regulations and in accordance with residents needs and with community policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Creates and fosters relationships within the community
• Develops and maintains the operating budget, and ensures the department meets financial goals within established budgetary guidelines
• Coordinates all aspects of resident care
• Other duties as assigned
• Assigns, trains, schedules or oversees work of others
• Plans, staffs, evaluates and directs the work of employees of a work unit

REQUIREMENTS include the following

• Current LVN license 
• Assisted Living Certification required
• Minimum 3 years' experience demonstrated supervisory and managerial skills
• Knowledge of assisted living regulations
