Bonney Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air is Hiring a HVAC Administrative Assistant Near Sacramento, CA
- Reviewing timecards and time off requests of technicians for approvals
- Processing of all technicians commissions and bonus
- Processing of all rebates and working with all customers who qualify for rebates as their point of contact.
- Reconcile purchase orders and ensure jobs are closed correctly with the Accounting Dept.
- Daily batching of invoices for accounting to process.
- Running both payroll and other reports as requested by the HVAC managers
- Ensure any spreadsheets for the department are maintained, tracked and accurate.
- Work with internal vendors regarding purchase order accuracy, replenishments, and issues.
- Assist with closing the month – verify all jobs and revenue is accounted for and funded.
- Assists with creating, maintaining, and implementing department policies and procedures.
- Work on projects for the HVAC managers as they come
- Schedule, organize, and facilitate department meetings and events; Prepare any meeting materials, agendas, and take minutes as needed
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Performs other relevant duties as assigned by the needs of the business
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years relevant experience
- Construction or trade industry experience preferred
- Strong computer proficiency and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
