Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Skilled Nursing Facilities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Speaking with department heads of the nursing facilities regarding updates on tasks assigned

- Utilize computer software to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations

- Filling out online applications for state sponsored services

- Expensing financial information to its proper location

- Assisting in picking up items for both skilled nursing facilities

- Completing purchases via Amazon and other surrounding stores as indicated

Skills:

- Previous experience in an Administrative role is preferred

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines

Education/Training

• GED or High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in business or related program preferred.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in a skilled nursing home setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
