Administrative Assistant - Sacramento, CA
Twining, Inc., an innovative engineering, testing, and inspection Company with over 100 years of history, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Sacramento branch office. We’re looking for a take-charge professional to handle project coordination and other administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Coordination of project management.
- Heavy data-entry record keeping.
- Scheduling.
- Preparing proposal submittals.
- Business correspondence.
- Scanning documents, postages & distribution of mail, and fielding phone calls.
- Review timesheets, reports, and coordinate field dispatches.
Requirements:
- Individual must be self-starting, and detail oriented as this position requires a great degree of follow-up skills.
- Efficient with multi-tasking.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must.
- Candidate must be extremely proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' experience.
