Administrative Assistant

Company in Charlotte looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Temp-to-perm opportunity. Regular business hours, Monday-Friday.

Pay range - $18-20 / hour DOE.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with various administrative duties throughout the office.
• Drafting and proofreading correspondence.
• Scheduling and calendaring.
• Answering phones as needed.
• Performing other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in an office environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organization and attention to detail.
