NOW HIRING – Administrative Assistant Facility Services

Provides administrative support for the Director of Facility Services and Director of EVS- Housekeeping. Responsibilities to include processing payroll, handling messages and correspondence (with voice mail, e-mail, and regular postal mail), maintain computer files, develop statistical reports, schedule meeting arrangements, maintaining departmental manuals, setting up conference calls, maintaining time sheets, maintaining calendars, preparing reports and vouchers, and organization of meetings.
