Aldersgate United Methodist Retirement Community is Hiring a RN Supervisor Near Charlotte, NC
The successful candidate will ensure that our residents receive the best medical care possible by overseeing our team of well-trained nurses, medication aids, and CNAs. The key responsibilities are to maintain and manage a cohesive team and facilitate good communication between our residents, the nursing team and physician(s).
Must maintain safety and resident confidence by ensuring all resident needs are addressed with the highest professionalism and care and that all policies, procedures, and regulations are strictly adhered to.
Experience:
- Possess a nursing license as required by local and state laws
- At least three years of clinical experience, preferably in geriatrics
- A demonstrated ability to provide consistent quality patient care with an eye for detail, organizational skills, and effective time management
- Experience instructing clinical support employees on proper treatment procedures
- A positive attitude and a propensity for leadership and team-building with the ability to problem-solve under pressure
