Responsible for coordinating office and client administrative functions by performing the following duties.

What You'll Do:

• Field current and prospective client calls, emails, and manage any requests
• Develop relationships with internal clients to support sales goals and meet client expectations
• Proposal production and contract initiation.
• Process employee timesheets.
• Maintain various databases and spreadsheets.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and maintain files.
