BCL Search is Hiring an Executive/ Personal Assistant to support a Partner/ Executive Committee Member Near New York, NY
Our client, a high-profile law firm is looking to hire a star Executive/ Personal Assistant to support a Partner who is on the firm’s Executive Committee and the Head of a Global Department. This position will provide high-level EA/PA support including traditional duties such as calendar, travel, expenses, event coordination, ad hoc projects and more. The successful candidate will have 10 years of corporate assistant experience supporting the C-Suite and will have stellar writing, computer and interpersonal skills. This position is ideal for an organized individual who knows how to provide high level support to a busy senior executive (this role is 24/7 avail via phone/ email). Orchestrating and managing the Partner’s calendar
Personal Assistance managing properties and liaising with spouse for cross over events, etc.
Coordinating all international and domestic travel, conference calls, and in-person meetings
Planning and coordinating Partner and Co-Chair’s travel, accommodations, trip itinerary, etc.
Resolving time conflicts, booking conference rooms, and organizing materials in preparation for meetings
Monitoring and answering inbound emails and phone calls for Partner’s time and knowing how to correctly prioritize and balance his personal agenda against competing demands
Daily organizing of Partner’s schedule, meetings, car services and reservations
Assisting with logistics that support Partner’s important professional and personal relationships.
Acting as the liaison with various internal departments
Ad hoc projects as requested
REQUIREMENTS
10 years of administrative experience supporting C-suite level executives in a professional office
A background working in the finance industry is ideal
Experience with coordinating multi-leg international trips
Highly professional phone and written communication skills
Self-starter with a willingness to do what it takes to fulfill all relevant work requests and ensure a smooth outcome on matters large and small
Good judgment and skilled execution
Poise and highly professional interpersonal skills that can be trusted across a wide variety of interactions
Knowledgeable about, and comfortable with, specific processes that underpin successful support of a busy Partner
Extremely organized and able to multi-task and prioritize workflow
Highly proficient in MS Outlook and Office
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to mitigate any potential conflicts before they arise.
SALARY:$160-$220K (DOE) paid OT discretionary bonus benefits packageHOURS8:30-5:30PM 24/7 Avail via phone/ email #IND1
