Job Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for entering and reconciling invoices for various external vendors. This position requires a heavy amount of data entry and filing.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Correctly entering invoices
- Working with Division Managers for invoice approval
- Reconciling vendor statements and keeping accounts current
- Supporting other clerks and Accounts Payable Supervisor
Requirements
- Must have at least a High School Diploma
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must have prior Data Entry experience
