Operational Effectiveness and Learning Administration Lead
•Manage technology platforms, content and learner assignments
•Support learning technology transformation and pilots
•Implement learning metrics strategy
•Manage training logistics and communications
Major Projects:
•Set up and manage NovoEd pilot in support of GU Field Expansion
•Re-organize learning content to enable seamless transition to J&J Learn (enterprise mandate)
•Decommission MAF Portal (redundant, expensive to maintain system with low utilization)
•Streamline content management processes, reducing man-hours spent in administrative tasks
•Implement learning measurement strategy (surveys, learning metrics, demonstrating value of learning programs)
