Position Overview:
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about supporting others in developing their God-given talents and achieving success. You will be focused on creating the environment for members to have a great onboarding and training experience. You will be a primary point of contact for Orientation and onboarding and at your facility.

Location: Holton, KS
Member Status: Full Time, Hourly (At Johnsonville, you are not an employee. You are a Member and, yes, Membership has its privileges – like the ability to buy sausage at great discounts. Our more traditional benefits are great, too.)
Hours: 8 hour shift with general start time at 11:00 AM, but a willingness and understanding that you may be infrequently required to flex your hours depending on needs of the business/department, is necessary to be successful in the role. You can expect to support both first and second shift.
Travel: Less than 10% of your time (includes travel to remote sites as needed)
