You and your maintenance teammates will be responsible for all production and industrial refrigeration equipment, as well as our electrical and controls systems. Position Overview:
This is an opportunity to help lead all aspects of the Maintenance Department on a journey to the Best in the World. The main function of this role is coaching facility maintenance members and maintenance processes. In addition, the Maintenance and Engineering Coordinator will be involved in planning, directing, and driving continuous improvement of all our processes to help us become the Best Company in the World that just happens to make sausage.
