We are partnering with a specialty manufacturer and supplier of storefront, architectural metals, and building products for the retail and commercial construction industries, that is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to their team!

Pay: $20.00-$25.00

• Responsibilities:
• Calendar management for executives
• Vendor management
• Scheduling appointments
• Taking and distributing meeting minutes
• Marketing
• Sales support
• Invoicing

• Qualifications:
• Outgoing, happy and positive person
• Organized and detail oriented
• Computer savvy
• Self-Starter
• Experience in Word, Outlook, CRM software, etc.
• Marketing savvy is a plus
• Must be able to multi-task while still staying focused on all priorities at hand.
• Experience taking extensive notes in meetings, tracking milestones and working with staff on those milestones to ensure tasks are completed
