About the Role:

Role will be located in our Tampa office Headquarters. This will be a Part Time role. Hours will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8am – 5pm.

In this role you will:

  • Own: Monitor the front desk, assisting employees, executives, and guests as needed. Spearhead various Employment Engagement committees to promote a positive work environment. Provide support to the HR team by coordinating visitor arrivals and ensuring a welcoming experience.
  • Develop: Support the HR team in the onboarding process, including organizing office tours, assigning badges, and creating welcome packages for new hires. Coordinate with Employment Engagement committees to integrate engagement initiatives into the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Deliver: Provide administrative support to the HR department in delivering HR-related services to employees and management. Support the HR team in managing Employment Engagement initiatives and ensuring their successful delivery.
  • Communicate: Effectively communicate with employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures. Act as a liaison between employees and the HR department, conveying information about Employment Engagement activities and opportunities for involvement.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • A Hospitality Mindset

You may be a good fit if you have these additional skills and/or educational background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
