HireUp Talent is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist with Human Resources and Accounting duties.

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE. The schedule is working remotely on Mondays and Fridays, in office on Tuesday through Thursdays (subject to management discretion). 

This is an entry level position reporting to the Senior Accounting and HR Manager in the construction industry. In this role, the assistant will be assisting with documentation including new hire onboarding paperwork, payroll and timecards, ordering apparel for staff and other administrative duties. 

Other duties include assisting with arranging travel, credit card reconciliation and assisting with company sponsored events.

Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour based on experience.
